All Sales Final. That being said, if we screw up your order we'll make it right.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
We use USPS Priority Mail for all orders to continental U.S. International shipping does apply. 
Payment confirmation typically takes 7 to 10 days. Orders will ship after payment confirmation. Embroidery items may delay order.
Please be aware of how pandemics, holidays and weekends may delay your order.
Tracking information is added to your account information when shipped.
